Everything was perfect! The comfort and the aesthetics of the room, the location of the hotel, but above all the people of the hotel. I would like to make a specific mention about Alejandro, in the reception, who greeted us when arriving at the hotel. Alejandro is extremely kind, warm, professional, effective and knowledgeable. All the information he gave us about the sights of marvellous Valencia and some restaurants etc. was not only accurate, but also extremely helpful. It was a real pleasure staying at this nice hotel with all its beautiful people.

Location is perfect, walking distance to historical sights, just next to botanical garden, neighbourhood is quiet with a local taste. Metro station is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful about sightseeing. Breakfast is in a lovely hotel restaurant and has all one needs to start freshly prepared for enjoying the city. Our room was quite good with very comfortable beds and a small french balcony.

We booked a superior double room which was very spacious for two people, with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance from the old town and is approximately 5 minutes walk from two metro stations and has several bus stops nearby. There are several bars, cafes and restaurants close. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of different options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The complimentary city tour provided by the hotel was brilliant and it helped us to learn more about Valencia before exploring it on our own.
